SV	En hij zeide: Door welken weg zullen wij optrekken? Hij dan zeide: Door den weg der woestijn van Edom.
WLC	וַיֹּ֕אמֶר אֵי־זֶ֥ה הַדֶּ֖רֶךְ נַעֲלֶ֑ה וַיֹּ֕אמֶר דֶּ֖רֶךְ מִדְבַּ֥ר אֱדֹֽום׃
Trans.	wayyō’mer ’ê-zeh hadereḵə n^a‘ăleh wayyō’mer dereḵə miḏəbar ’ĕḏwōm:

AC	ח ויאמר אי זה הדרך נעלה ויאמר דרך מדבר אדום
ASV	And he said, Which way shall we go up? And he answered, The way of the wilderness of Edom.
BE	And he said, Which way are we to go? And he said in answer, By the waste land of Edom.
Darby	And he said, Which way shall we go up? And he said, By way of the wilderness of Edom.
ELB05	Und er sprach: Auf welchem Wege wollen wir hinaufziehen? Und er sprach: Auf dem Wege der Wüste Edom.
LSG	Et il dit: Par quel chemin monterons-nous? Joram dit: Par le chemin du désert d'Edom.
Sch	Und er sprach: Auf welchem Wege wollen wir hinaufziehen? Er sprach: Auf dem Wege durch die Wüste Edom!
